Hurricane Irene might have dampened the ground, but it didn’t rain on Heather and Chris’s parade. Minus some event changes, like moving the outdoor wedding reception indoors, the party went on without a hitch. And as luck would have it, it ended up being such a beautiful day! Congratulations!!
